Thom joined UCDH in April 2016.

He is a passionate career labor relations professional with 40 years of demonstrated advisement and advocacy. He has a broad scope of practice in labor relations having worked in various industries (Oil, Automotive, Aerospace, Healthcare). Thom holds a M.S. Labor Relations from Loyola Univ of Chicago and a  B.B.A. from Loyola-Marymount University.
