Salary Increase for Policy-Covered (Non-Represented) Staff June 03, 2021 Compensation (updated) UC President Michael Drake announced salary increases for staff not represented by a collective bargaining unit. All eligible, policy-covered staff will receive a three percent (3%) increase to their base salary.
