Janice Low has more than twenty-five years of professional HR experience, providing high-level strategic business, leadership and operational consult. Prior to UC Davis Health, Janice was at other UC locations in Labor and Employee Relations and HR Management roles. Janice has experience in various institutional sectors including local government, higher education, and thirteen years in the healthcare field. Janice has an MBA and a BS in Business.
