Monica has been with UC Davis Health since 2018 and joined the Employee and Labor Relations team in 2022. She has a bachelor's degree from UC Davis and a master’s degree from UC Los Angeles.

Jessica Parker joined UCDH in August 2021. She has a PhD, over 10 years of experience working in both the private and public sectors, and a passion for using data and analytics to assist with operational excellence and process improvement.

Mayra completed her undergraduate degree in Spanish and a Minor in Education in 2011 at UCD (Go Aggies!). She held a variety of HR roles in the private and non-profit sectors before returning to UC Davis in February 2016

Elizabeth Sheesley, LMFT

Elizabeth joined UC Davis Health in October 2022 and works as a Counselor in both the Academic and Staff Assistance Program (ASAP) and the Workplace Violence Prevention Program. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive experience working with college students, UC Davis employees, and survivors of domestic violence.
