Soraya holds a B.S. in Healthcare Administration and has previous experience supervising and providing human resources and labor relations consultation for a private medical practice.

Angela joined UCDH in July 2019. She comes to the team with 10 years of case management experience in the Social Services field.

Adam joined the Workplace Violence Prevention team in 2019. Adam holds a master’s degree in psychology and was also an adjunct faculty instructing both criminal justice and psychology courses.

Ashley joined UC Davis Health full-time in November 2019 as an Employee Relations Analyst, applying her previous UC, healthcare, employee relations and human resources experience to assisting the team with their portfolios. She quickly transitioned to an Employee Relations Consultant and now focuses her efforts on honing her craft and assisting various UCDH department with their ER needs.

Elizabeth joined UCDH in 2023. Aurora Cazares obtained her master’s degree in counseling with a specialization in career counseling from CSUS.

Natasha began as the Labor Relations Director at UCDH in October 2024. Previously, working at UCD campus as an Labor Relations Consultant for nearly four years. She obtained her degree from UC Davis Law School and began her career working for CSEA in December 2020.
