Natasha Costa

Natasha began as the Labor Relations Director at UCDH in October 2024. Previously, working at UCD campus as an Labor Relations Consultant for  nearly four years. She obtained her degree from UC Davis Law School and began her career working for CSEA, where she gained valuable experience in the labor space. She also has experience in a variety of legal settings, including serving as a Law Clerk for the U.S. Department of Justice and as a Legal Intern for companies like Procore Technologies and USAA. When not working, she enjoys traveling, trying out new restaurants, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
