Jess joined UCDH in August 2021 and has over 10 years of experience working in both the private and public sectors. A recent transplant to the Sacramento Area from the Midwest, she brings with her a passion for using data and analytics to assist with operational excellence and process improvement. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors including kayaking, swimming, and taking her dog to the park.
