This session will explore best practices for managing employee performance for both represented and non-represented employees.

Corrective Action
Thursday, October 1

Presenter: Kim Maslaniak, Employee Relations Director, Davis campus
When there are performance or conduct issues arising with an employee, corrective action may be necessary. This session will discuss corrective action as part of overall performance management as well as the applicable requirements for corrective action such as progressive discipline and just cause.
