Strengthen and improve your well-being with scientifically supported kindness meditation, led by Neesha Patel, PhD. This class is open to all UC and UC Davis community members, beginners, and experienced meditators alike.
Sessions: Wednesdays through August 26th (excluding 6/17, 7/15, 7/22)
