Bio

Leticia Montana, MSOD, ACC, is an experienced leadership coach and organizational development strategist with expertise across a variety of industries, including healthcare, financial services, biopharmaceuticals, tech, and management consulting.

Leticia has served in leadership and internal consulting roles within various organizations including UCSF, Gilead Sciences and Pfizer. Prior to joining UC Davis Health, Leticia was the Vice President of Learning and Organizational Development at Redwood Trust, a boutique investment firm in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her career journey has led her to contribute to a wide variety of notable projects, including leading a large-scale organizational culture transformation, building a talent development function from the ground up and the design of numerous leadership development programs for underrepresented employee populations. She is passionate about connecting business strategy to organizational development strategy in support of growth, innovation and inclusion.

As a coach, she is recognized for her ability to guide her clients along their leadership journey while amplifying their voice, staying true to their values, and leading with authenticity. Leticia received her coaching training at the prestigious Hudson Institute of Coaching, a leader in the field of coaching and human development for over 30 years.  She is an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Certified Associate Coach (ACC).

Leticia was born in California’s Central Valley and spent several decades building her career in the San Francisco Bay Area. Outside of UC Davis Health, she is a member of a non-profit board, Summer Search, which focuses on providing historically disenfranchised youth access to transformative opportunities. She also volunteers as a mentor to graduate students at her former alma mater, University of San Francisco and loves to see her mentee’s grow and find fulfillment in their careers. Leticia also enjoys boxing, farmer’s markets, yoga and traveling to anywhere there is delicious food.
