Taking time to relax is vital to our health, well-being and optimal functioning.

Learn how to activate your body’s natural relaxation response in this session presented by Neesha Patel, PhD, of Staff and Faculty Health and Well-being.

Sessions are scheduled for Jan. 21, 28; Feb. 4, 11, 18, 25; Mar. 4, 11, 18, 25 from 3:30-4 p.m. Registration in this series give access to all 10 sessions; you may attend one or more sessions as they fit.
