Strengthen and improve your well-being with scientifically supported kindness meditation, led by Neesha Patel, PhD, WorkStrong (Occupational Health Services). This class is open to all UC and UC Davis community members, beginners, and experienced meditators alike.
Sessions: Wednesdays through August 26th (excluding 6/17, 7/15, 7/22)
