New UC Davis Health Employees

Welcome to UC Davis Health! At the New Employee Welcome, we introduce you to our organization, provide opportunity to meet fellow new employees, and share tools and resources to aid in your success. 

The New Employee Welcome is a mandatory training event for all new employees to be taken within 30 days of hire.

Your employment onboarding materials will include details about your welcome event date, information on location and parking, as well as what to bring. If you have not been provided with this information, please contact the Training & Development unit or your HR Recruitment Coordinator.

12 p.m.–12:30 p.m. New Employee Resource Fair (optional)

Several UC Davis Health campus representatives will be present at the New Employee Resource Fair covering such topics as:

Benefits Selection Training (Career Employees):

Part two of the New Employee Welcome for Career employees.

Benefit-eligible new hires should attend after the New Employee Welcome or hire date within your 31 day Period of Initial Eligibility.  You will learn about UC benefit options, important deadlines, the enrollment process, and more.
