Pearl Shinn is a Talent Acquisition Partner with UC Davis Campus. She joined in 2021 and supports high-volume recruitment efforts across Campus. She specializes in Information Technology, Engineering, Facilities Development, Public Safety, Skilled Crafts and Trades, and Sports and Recreation roles.

Prior to joining UC Davis, she spent 8 years in the private sector specializing in staffing and recruitment for various industries including engineering, higher education, life sciences, aerospace & defense, telecommunications, and healthcare. 

With 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, Pearl focuses on bringing a people-centric approach and providing a positive candidate experience. Pearl brings a positive attitude and partners with clients in strategic planning, team building, and candidate engagement. When not at work, she enjoys reading, cooking, and hiking in new places.
