Pam joined UC Davis Employee and Labor Relations in 2018 as a TES employee and transitioned to career staff the following year.  She is a graduate of California State University, Fresno, and was originally an Elementary School Teacher.  Her work experience includes a variety of service roles for corporate HR departments, and as staff for legislators in the California State Assembly and Senate, and for the Director of the California Department of Industrial Relations.  She served as Executive Director for a non-profit food bank in the Central Valley for several years. Pam acts as the Unemployment Insurance Point of Contact with UC Path for both the UCDH and Davis campuses.  She enjoys providing support to her colleagues in ELR and to the Davis campus in general, focusing on department efficiency, process improvement and excellent customer service to employees, management, and union representatives.
