Evelyn received her bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting, master’s degree with a dual emphasis in education leadership and attainment of her secondary teaching credential in business technology, and she has completed advanced studies in the education leadership doctoral program.
Most of her career is in public education with a focus on human resources administration (traditional and interest-based negotiations, coaching, training, progressive discipline, leaves, HRIS systems, credentialing, investigations, etc.). In addition to her HR experience, she continues to support in other areas such compensation, finance, FTE monitoring, audits, and more.
She is the Pharmacy Operations liaison and partners with other departments on strategic and continuous improvement projects. She is Lean Six Sigma yellow belt trained and currently sits on the Pharmacy Operations Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council.
