Leading Effective and Productive Meetings

Course Description

Meetings are a great way to build teams, gather input, solve problems and reach decisions. When they go well, we have an increased sense of collaboration, satisfaction and accomplishment. Poorly run meetings, however, can be an excruciating waste of time and money and can even intensify divisions between us. Given the frustration most people feel when their time is wasted, gaining a reputation for running efficient and successful meetings is good for you and your career. Whether you manage a project, lead a team, or conduct meetings as part of your job, this course will help you create engaging, efficient and productive meetings that accomplish your goals and objectives.
