Russell is one of ELR’s newest team members coming to us with a background in federal aviation security with the Department of Homeland Security. Most recently Russell has spent the last five years working with the largest public sector union in the State of California.

He holds an undergraduate degree in Business from Sacramento State University as well as a Law Degree. Outside of work Russell likes to travel, is actively engaged in Local government and various community based organizations, and is also a sports fan generally, but is most passionate about the “sweet science” of boxing.
