Linda Adams, RD is the director of the Sustainability and Nutrition office at UC Davis, Dining Services. She has been on campus over 20 years and served in a variety of roles including Service Manager and Production Manager in Resident Dining as well as Food and Physical Safety manager for dining services. During the last six years Linda has been focused specifically on Nutrition and Sustainability in both Resident and Retail dining with emphasis on program change and education efforts. Linda holds a BS in Home Economics with emphasis in Dietetics from California State University, Chico. She completed her dietetic internship at St Francis Medical Center in Illinois.
