Program Highlights
This is a 10-month pilot (September 2005-June 2006) for up to 24 campus participants. There will be an approximate time commitment of 2 days each month in which participants will experience the following:
- Assessments
- Individual development planning
- Internship or special project
- Mentoring by an experienced MSO designated by the program
- Individual sessions with a career counselor
- Classroom instruction/workshops
