Course Description

The UC Davis Staff and Faculty Health and Well-being Program Presents:

Lunchtime Gentle Yoga

This four-part, relaxing yoga series caters to all abilities, with a focus on breathing, stretches and poses. The Monday classes can help you learn more about improving your well-being through movement.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your own yoga mat, blanket or towel. 

Instructor:

Jessica de la Pena is an experienced yoga teacher and birth doubla. She has practiced yoga since 2003 and taught since 2010, as well as helped train prenatal teachers all over the world. Jessica has always gravitated towards alignment0based vinyasa styles of yoga, and more recently towards mellow meditative flows. She has a keen eye for alignment and will encourage you to find your own flow.
