The Career Design Lab offers an assessment and hands-on learning that facilitates self-knowledge, the development of professional goals and increased job satisfaction.

Course Description

“If you don’t know where you are going, you will probably end up somewhere else” (Laurence J. Peter).  In this course you will inventory your work values, transferable skills, personality, interests and skills, which are integral steps in developing career goals. You will emerge with a renewed sense of direction, more confident and prepared to make informed worklife choices. The assessment tools that are used in this course include: Clifton Strengths and a Career Values Card Sort. Before the course you will complete one self-assessments which will result in individualized interpretive reports for CliftonStrengths. The Career Design Lab will help put you on the right path to the next position that is right for you.
