Wondering what to do with your empty plot after the summer vegetables are finished? October is an ideal time to start a winter garden. This workshop will provide you with information on which plants to grow and how to plant, mulch and tend to a winter garden. Learn to extend the growing season and start looking forward to eating home-grown lettuce, spinach, peas and many other vegetables this winter.
