Sitting all day can lead to stiff muscles and a sore back not to mention a buildup of tension. In this workshop you will learn exercises that are based on yoga principles and that can be modified for anyone to practice and do right at your desk. You'll stretch your major muscles, loosen joints and learn breathing exercises for reducing discomfort and pain. This will be an interactive workshop so dress comfortably!
