A Health Awareness Program favorite presenter will present information on how to use spices and herbs to create flavorful meals using healthy oils and eliminating unneeded fats and transfats. With over 20 years of experience in herbology and one of the best herb gardens in the region, this workshop’s instructor will discuss how to combine spices and herbs to create and enhance delicious and healthy dishes that also promote healing.
