Hoop Your Way to a Healthier Body

You can feel like a kid again and learn how hula hooping can help you gain flexibility, boost cardiovascular endurance, build core strength, lose pounds and provide a healthy release of tension. This workshop will be led by one of the pioneers of the growing hooping fitness craze Christabel Zamor, also known as “Hoopgirl.” Dress in comfortable clothes so you can give hooping a try and embrace your inner child.
