Suggested Course Preparation and Pre-Course Consulting
Please pay close attention to the "Recommended Preparation" listed for each course. Pre-course consulting is available to ensure that participants are placed into the course appropriate to their needs. Contact SD&PS at 752-1766 or sdps@ucdavis.edu.
All of the courses are taught using Windows-based computers. However, most modern software programs are so similar on the Windows and Mac platforms that participants should be able to apply what they learned on either platform.
Technology Training Course Limits
This program reflects substantial institutional commitment to technological skill development. UC Davis staff may enroll in six hands-on technology education courses per fiscal year (July-June). If a staff member fails to attend any course for which he/she is enrolled, the course will apply toward the annual six-course limit.
