Health and safety practices are essential in the workplace. Legislation substantially increases the university’s responsibility to ensure that individuals are appropriately prepared. The courses in this section are designed to support the UC Davis Safety Management Program.

General Topics	Adult CPR/AED Safe Driver Awareness Security and Personal Safety at Work Work and Pregnancy Laboratory Management at UC Davis
Environmental Health & Safety Certificate Series Participants in this program will develop a heightened awareness of good health and safety practices, review UC Davis health and safety policies and procedures, acquire tools and techniques to evaluate and reduce health and safety risk, identify areas for further development and discuss how to effectively implement injury/illness prevention plans. Participants who attend all five core courses in the certificate series will receive a certificate of completion.
