Learn the basic concepts and processes of market research, perceptions and integrated marketing communications--knowledge critical to effective marketing. This course is an introduction to public relations and marketing for UC Davis campus communicators without formal training in marketing and is designed to complement the courses in writing, publicity, print and Web publications, and campus standards that comprise the Campus Communicators Certificate Series.
