Communicating in cyberspace takes an understanding of how people get information from the Web differently than they do using printed materials. Class instructors will offer strategies for Web writers, editors and developers to create sites that reach their target audiences—and have them coming back for more. This two-pronged class will focus on both the content (including writing for the Web) and structure (Web design and navigation). Course participants will focus on goals for communicating, audience analysis, how to organize materials and the best models for Web navigation.
