Staffing Lists Made Easy

This course discusses the who, what, where, why, how and when of the Staffing List. Focus will be placed on understanding the staffing list data elements and their origins. A three-step balancing process will be introduced along with a new Staffing List Balancing Form and a balancing checklist. In addition, the web-based staffing list reports will be explored.
This course covers both the staff and academic staffing list processes. Issues specific to academic staffing lists will be covered in a separate section at the end of the course.
