Mail Design 101

Instructor:
Jim Robison

Did you know that many mailings electronically processed through the United States Postal Service are delayed and/or never reach intended recipients? Delayed mail is counterproductive and very costly to your organization. In this course you will discover how to design your mailings to enhance timely processing through the United States Postal Services' highly automated mail stream. Participants will learn the proper layout, font style, envelope size, thickness and even which color mailings are more compatible with automation. How to design self-mailers, brochures and flyers will also be covered. Participants are encouraged to bring their own real-life samples so that a mail design expert can analyze your mail.
